"Obstetrics and Gynecology", which is not honest, has become a pregnant woman "life and death"!Intersection

When many pregnant mothers do ultrasound, they will be found "placenta low" or "placenta front".In the face of strange nouns, I found that it seemed very dangerous when I checked it on the Internet!

Pregnant mothers who do not have this phenomenon may not even know what placenta is low.However, the pregnant mother who has this situation is both afraid and panic. This mood can only suffer with the pregnant mother.

What is the front placenta?

The front placenta is subdivided into two types: front placenta and low placenta.

We can imagine the uterus as a bag towards a mouth. The cervix is a tightened bag, and the bottom of the uterine is the bottom of the bag.If the placenta grows in the front wall of the uterus, the back wall, the side wall, or the bottom of the palace, it is normal.

If the placenta position is very close to the mouth of the bag, this situation is called the placenta low.

If the placenta is completely blocked, it is called the front of the placenta.The condition of the placenta edge is close to (20mm) but not covered with the inner mouth of the cervix.

How dangerous?

If the placenta is found in the early and in the middle of pregnancy, the state of the placenta is low or the front, and you should not worry about it.

Because with the increase of the gestational week and the continuous increase of the uterus, the tissue around the cervix will gradually increase, and the placenta will slowly grow up, and return to the normal position from the cervix.

Only after 28 weeks of pregnancy, we can really make a "front placenta" diagnosis and deal with it accordingly.

TIPS: The golden standard diagnosed by the pre -placenta is vaginal ultrasound examination (TVS), because the false positive rate of the abdominal ultrasound examination (TAS) is relatively high.

How can the front placenta be dangerous?

· Check out on time, find abnormal placenta position as soon as possible;

· Discover that the front placenta should go to a hospital with a custody condition. If necessary, please check according to the doctor’s order, such as the MRI;

· Avoid bleeding, do not exercise violently, avoid sexual life during pregnancy;

· Maintain a good mentality;

· Balanced diet, appropriate exercise, keep stool unobstructed, avoid constipation and defecation;

· Once he bleeds in time.

What should I do if bleeding?

Do you want to rest in bed?

In the middle and late pregnancy, some patients with pre -placenta will have bleeding. For a small amount of bleeding, they can not be hospitalized for the time being, because some studies have found that there is no significant difference in the clinical ending of hospitalization and observation at home.

But for patients with medium or more amounts of bleeding, they are still safe to observe.Even in hospital, there is no need to rest in bed.

TIPS: For patients with unfamiliar fetal placenta, some people tried to use the method of cervical ring tie to reduce bleeding and extend the gestational week, but there is currently no sufficient evidence to support this approach.

The front placenta is not bleeding?

Not necessarily "good things"

Pregnant placenta pregnant women may not be "good" during pregnancy. Instead, they must be vigilant and communicate with ultrasonic doctors during the checkup to prevent placenta implantation.

Especially before, I have had a cesarean section, or there was a history of uterine cavity in the past. Pregnant women who discovered the pre -placental placenta this time should pay special attention.Once the placenta is planted on the uterine scar, placental implantation is prone to occur, causing major bleeding during childbirth, and even removes the uterus.

In this case, you must go to a large comprehensive hospital with rescue conditions.

Can the front placenta still give birth?

Generally speaking, the placenta covers the inner mouth of the cervix more than 15mm in the middle of pregnancy, and the probability of the front placenta is still significantly higher at full moon, and the greater the distance of the inner mouth of the cervix, the higher the probability of cesarean section.

As long as the cervix is not covered, it will not hinder the decline of the fetal head and the process of pelvic entering, and there is still a chance to give birth, but the entire delivery process should be carried out by the close monitoring of experienced doctors.Because of the expectant mothers with normal placenta positions, the expectant mothers with low placenta are prone to major bleeding during childbirth, so hospitals with relatively good medical conditions and technologies should be selected for delivery.

At 35-36 weeks of pregnancy, pregnant women need to do a vaginal ultrasound to judge the position of the placenta:

· If the distance between the edge of the placenta is> 20 mm, it can be tried by vaginal production;

· If the lower edge of the placenta is less than 10 mm from the inner mouth of the cervix, the risk of bleeding is high, it is recommended to give birth to cesarean section;

· If the distance between the edge of the placenta is between 10-20mm, the probability of cesarean section will be relatively high, but there is still the chance of vaginal delivery.Condition.

However, if the due date is reached, the position of the placenta is still blocked by the cervix, so that the fetus has no way to take delivery from the mother’s birth canal, and the cesarean section needs to be performed.If you try vaginal delivery forcibly, it may lead to serious consequences.
